Delhi Tragedy: Truck Runs Over Five Sleeping on Footpath, Three Killed

New Delhi: In a tragic incident early Monday morning, three people lost their lives when a truck reportedly ran over five individuals sleeping on a footpath in the Shastri Park area of northeast Delhi. According to police, the incident occurred around 5:30 AM, with the victims identified as homeless individuals.

Emergency services rushed the victims to Jag Pravesh Chandra Hospital, where three were pronounced dead upon arrival. The other two victims were transferred to GTB Hospital for further treatment. Authorities have formed teams to locate the truck driver responsible for the accident, and efforts are ongoing to identify the deceased individuals.
